Class Refunds
If you are not able to attend the class you have registered for please email mark@unstuckcareers.com as soon as possible. Notifications sent at least 21 calendar days prior to the start of the class are eligible for a full refund or you may reschedule for a future class. Cancellations made 20 calendar days to 14 calendar days prior to the start of the class are eligible to reschedule for a future class or receive an 80% refund. If you cancel within 14 calendar days from the start of a class, or if you do not attend the class, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. We accept student substitutions for classes at any time. Send cancellation or substitution requests to mark@unstuckcareers.com.
Class Cancellation
Should your class be rescheduled or canceled, you have the option of rescheduling to another class or receiving a full refund. Please email mark@unstuckcareers.com for any additional questions.
Coaching Cancellation
If you are not able to attend a coaching session, please email mark@unstuckcareers.com as soon as possible. Notifications sent at least 24 hours prior to the start of the coaching session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule. If you cancel within 24 hours from the start of a coaching session, or if you do not attend the coaching session, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
